On September 4, 2025, Zhang Lu, Executive Director of Franklin Medici Family Office, was formally invited to participate in the 7th Family Inheritance Forum. Held at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the forum, co-hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Antai College of Economics and Management, and AllBright Law Firm, invited experts to share and discuss topics such as entrepreneurship, trust value, family philanthropy, and asset allocation. The core theme of the AllBright 7th Family Inheritance Forum was "Sustainable Innovation and Mission in Value Inheritance." The forum focused on the challenges of intergenerational succession faced by families as their wealth accumulation reaches a critical stage. The forum explored how to overcome asset allocation challenges through innovative tools, preserve family spirit, and build social influence through philanthropy. This theme embodies the critical consideration of balancing innovation and inheritance in family inheritance, as well as a commitment to social responsibility.

He reviewed the case studies of family offices like Dyson, Saverin, and Oppenheimer, and elaborated on the role and significance of family offices in family inheritance. Together with experts, they explored innovative paths and responsible approaches to sustainable family wealth and value inheritance.
